Coming up on ze show this week, we’re going to have an alternative poetry special. Our panel, including award-winning poet Daljit Nagra and Sunday Tribune/UnaRocks superscribe Una Mullally, will assess poetry from some of the world’s biggest alternative stars — artists like Leonard Cohen, Billy Corgan and Jewel, and director Tim Burton. Also on the show, I’ll be speaking to the author and director Rebecca Miller about her brilliant new novel, The Lives of Pippa Lee, what it’s like being married to Daniel Day-Lewis and the influence her late father Arthur Miller had on her. Guitarist Preston Reed, who plays Crawdaddy on April 27th, will also be performing live on the show. Tune in to Phantom 105.2 this Saturday at 11am or Sunday, for the repeat, at 8am. Catch you then!
